PSAV Presentation Services (www.psav.com) is actually looking for Audiovisual Technicians for its Paris Operations :

The AV Technician will work in a 4 star deluxe Hotel in Paris. The successful applicant will be required to deliver a superior quality audiovisual service within their allocated hotel that goes beyond customer expectations by utilizing technical knowledge, hospitality skills and up-selling techniques.

The AVT will rig and de-rig AV equipment in meeting rooms for use by clients / customers in accordance with PSAV Standard Operations Procedures ensuring all items are accounted for before and after each event by following proper security, storage, transportation and maintenance procedures.

They will also be required to operate AV equipment when required by the client including sound systems, projectors and laptops.

He/She will provide outstanding customer service by establishing excellent working relationships with hotel staff, client representatives and fellow PSAV employees and help maximize revenue by utilizing up-selling techniques.

Profil recherché

Candidates will need to be smartly presented, customer focused, reliable and must have had previous experience in at least one of the following areas, Hospitality, AudioVisual Services or Sales.

Full training will be provided. As PSAV works in the top end of the hospitality industry personal appearance is particularly important. This means that the company has a very strict conservative dress code for both men and women which are not negotiable.
